What is Dewdrops Mail Club?
Dewdrops Mail Club is a monthly subscription that sends a little piece of nature straight to your mailbox. Each Drop includes an art print, a letter, stickers, and small curated surprises inspired by nature.

What do I receive each month?
Each Drop is designed around a different nature-inspired theme. Every month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully prepared Happy Mail bundle that includes:
• An original art print that doubles as a postcard. Size 6x4"
• A letter with an exclusive pattern in the back, perfect for scrapbooking, junk journaling or memory keeping
• A mini stickers sheet
• A surprise paper goodie

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are prepared and shipped once a month. You’ll receive your Happy Mail after the monthly dispatch date, which will be shared in advance so you always know when to expect your bundle.

How long does shipping take?
Snail mail is sent using USPS Forever Stamps
• U.S. orders: please allow up 7-10 days
• International orders: not available for now. 

Do you offer tracking?
No, tracking is not available. Each bundle is sent via stamped mail to keep the experience simple, personal, and true to traditional snail mail.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. International delivery will be added at a later date.

Can I cancel or skip a month?
Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time. You may pause, skip, or cancel depending on your subscription settings before the next billing cycle.

What if my mail doesn’t arrive?
If your bundle seems delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please reach out via dewdropsmailclub@gmail.com. While stamped mail doesn’t include tracking, we’ll always do our best to help and make sure your Happy Mail finds its way to you.

Are the designs original?
Yes. Each illustration is original and created for Dewdrops Mail Club. Many of the designs are created by Alicia, the young artist behind each Drop, inspired by the beauty of nature.
